Where Are The Children?

Hey guys i was just wondering if anyone has any ideas or theories of where the children who walt was with most of the time before michael got him back, we haven't seen any of them at all yet

I believe The Others have them (not Ben and his people).

You are saying that Henry Gale is not one of the Others? Please... we know they were the same Other who took people at night and wore beards and disguises, have a medicall lab somewhere and shot up claires baby and most of all... gave Micheal the note with the names on it.

I think the children are being held in a different part of the island, separate from the rest of the others - Ben, Juliet, but they are still part of the same group. Remember, Ms Clugh had Walt and he said that they "made him take tests" and he was able (apparently) to get to a computer and see Michael's typing and write back to him. They must be held in another "hatch" with computer access.. Like they are at school. Maybe also where Alex had run away from - they took her back there later.

Guys? Is it at all possible that Eyepatch is the Teacher? Maybe the last DHARMA scientist who is teaching people the "one true way".

Could he have taught Ben or any of the adult Others who have spent "all their life on the island".

Yes, I am saying that. As I have said before...

Goodwin was to report back with the list of people in three days.
However, the kids were taken and people were killed THAT NIGHT.
The people who did this were THE OTHERS.

This and other things that have happened make me believe that they are not THE OTHERS.

we know that Anna Lucia's group were attacked and Infiltrated by goodwin.
He and ethan were to return in 3 days to henry Gale. that mean acting as if they were there from the moment of impact and blend in in the confusion, get info ( the names) might take a while as people are hysteric. and then come back 3 days later. It wasnt going to take them a day and a half to hike there and then get a quick list of names for 5 mins and then leave right away for another day and a half hike back. Nah.... and they have boats...!

Much more likely that They are one big group and are keeping our hostages seprated from the teachers and kids area. (thanks lizard) henry Gale and the others have boats and guns and technology. I hardly beleve they would be allowing YET another rogue group live on the island and carry out such similar behaviours... economically speaking. thats not condusive to getting the job done. They obviously have some job or goal they are trying to complete.

What if this other Other group, if they exist, were powerful in some way
that Ben's team is not, could manipulate them in some way, or could appear to be invisible, listening in. Who knows what this other group is actually capable of?

It might not be a matter of allowing them to do what they do, they might not have a choice or be able to catch them in the act!

Could they be the "whispers" we've heard throughout the series?

Its a very intriguing thought but it carries with it , two major downfalls.

1- If is was these "powerful" whisperfish were the ones who attacked the tailes the first few nights, why did they fail? or more importantly... how come our tailes ( anna lucia and ecko specifically) were able to fend them off/ take some out?

2.- The Others carry themselves like the top of the food chain on the islands ( our losties being below them as noobs on the island). They live in the cush village and have all the amenities of a life that has no predators.

You're right! I didn't take the time to think that one through...

I am convinced that just because Ben's group carries on like it's the top of the food chain as you appropriately put it, doesn't mean they are even close to the top.

Just because they appear to have it all doesn't mean they do!
