What did you guys think of Kate's pregnancy scare?

Do you think she started crying in relief or disappointment that it came out negative?

I think it was relief because she was planning to run and that might be difficult to do if you have a baby. It also goes back to when Sun asked Kate if she had ever taken a pregnancy test and she said yes.

I think she cried because is was something that she wanted but knew could never have.

I think that is right on. She wants it , but with her situation she knows she will probably never have it. It's really sad.

I'm thinking that the pregnancy test made her decision for her. I think if it had been positive she would have stayed (even if she didn't want to) but that because it was negative she decided to run. No one to take care of except herself.

Well she may be pregnant now ! That may be what the others really want besides Benry's surgery . That newborn infant that they almost had thru Claire ......

But what if Kate can't get pregnant? That makes it "convenient" for Juilette to be there with her.

Kate was considering leaving already but she loved this guy. So she probably was looking for an excuse or reason to stay (to change, settle, make it happen). A baby would be that perfect reason but the test turns negative as if telling her 'she's bound to leave' She knew she couldn't do it anyways.. Quite tragic indeed.

I think it was many things. Yes she loved him and woud have liked to stay put. She would have loved to be the wife and mother she was trying to be. In the end the responce to the negitive test was sadness and relief. She couldn't run with a child. If she was caught she would loose the child. The realization that she may never get that chance because she knows she's not in the right place or even the right person to be a mom. I felt so bad for her.

I agree with the idea that the test made the decision for her... Marshall guy said that he would leave her be if she could just settle down... He said to Kate but we both know you can't do that... I have a feeling there is another reason that she can't stay put that we don't know about yet...

Anyone know why and how often she may have been calling the Marshall?
