Nikki Fernandez

Nikki Fernandez was one of the middle section survivors from Flight 815 and is first introduced in "Further Instructions". She had spent most of her time on the island trying to recover the $8 million diamonds she and Paulo had stolen from Zukerman, her staged lover, before the crash. She received a Medusa spider bite that induced a deathlike paralysis and she died after being buried alive alongside Paulo.

I'm only talking about whether what has happened to them since being captured is manipulation, not whether Jack and Kate will end up together in the long run, or Juliette's devious side plan. -- Ben put Jack on Jacob's list, seperated him from Sawyer and Kate, got Sawyer and Kate 'together', let Jack see, all so Jack would agree to the operation. Personally, I like Kate and Sawyer as a couple more than Kate and Jack. Or maybe Juliette put Jack on Jacob's list, 'for Ben' only her real plan was to have Jack kill Ben on the operating table....Oh now my brain hurts.
