I'm so glad I'm not the only one who thought that Casidy was conning Sawyer. Sometimes I get so caught up in all the twists and turns of the show that I wonder if I may be overthinking things and, just fooling myself.

well i am not agreeing i think that she is his child , as she was 2 into sawyer 2 lie about fakeing a child!
plus she thinks sawyer is heartless and would not of expected for him 2 put that money he got into a bank a count!

Maybe she didn't con him, but why not bring the baby with you? That would've been more convincing.

Then again, maybe Sawyer putting it in Clementine's name means only that little girl could access it.

Uhh I would not bring a baby to a high security prison. But thats just me.

I think it could go either way with Clementine being Sawyers child. He did teach this woman the tricks of his trade. But, I am leaning towards it being his child. I think he had a gut instinct from looking at the childs eyes that it was his...a connection. I would imagine in his line of business he is pretty good at sizing people up..... But, he sure didn't pick up on Bens bluff.....which I think he might have if he hadn't been so concerned about Kate.

i agree with jeditoad i would not take ababy in 2 a prison either, so i think thats why she took a photo!

If Cassidy care about Sawyer, or, at least, she want him to know the existence of the baby. Why didn't she visit him earlier? She didn't visit Sawyer even once in these 9 months. But suddenly she showed up and holding a picture of a baby. And when Sawyer yelled at her and denied the bady, she didn't look upset enough. I think she was trying to con Sawyer back.

I think she might be his baby, but I don't think it matters. The title of the episode was the L..............O................N............G Con. If I remember right Cassidy wanted Sawyer to teach her everything he knew about conning. It kinda turned her on. She wanted Sawyer to let her be in on a long con. It seems like all the shows I've ever seen with grifters (a VERY scientific study, haha) there were always multiple layers of cons going on at the same time, with everyone trying to end up on top, so the warden might be using cassidy, who might be using the warden, who might be trying to get at Sawyer, who might be trying to get the money, while Cassidy uses Clementine (an orange?) to get the money from Sawyer, who used the warden to get out of prison early, etc.. etc., etc...........

Sure, you could take a baby to prison, they don't know what's going on.
