I think the second island is on the opposite side of where the losties are, thats how goodwin got there when the tailies crashed I bet.

Yeah, There got to be some more Deception going on. It would seem the Hydra was attached or closest to the island sawyer was on at the end.

are we to assume that at the S2 Season finale they send hurley back to the camp and then put jack sawyer and kate on the boat and drive them there? wouldnt they have noticed going across water.

and besides... they gave the boat to Michael...

2 Islands would explain why Henry Gale wanted the Sail boat so bad...

As I said in other posts, I think Ben lies about everything when he seems to reveal something to any of the Losties. If there is another land mass nearby, I don't think it has a thing to do with either group except that it may be free of all the wierdness of the island they're on.

After Sawyer's visit to the room where they supposedly installed the pacemaker, we have no way of knowing what they really did to him. They might have just given him a drug to make him accept suggestion easily and he (and we) may have seen the second island only because Ben told him it was there. Remember, there have been a number of times when what we saw on the screen wasn't what really happened. Sometimes they use it for teasers for advertising upcoming shows, sometimes they use the technique as misleading info.

I think Polar Bears can swim. Especially Bears that may have been genetically altered(Maybe they have).

Or the Bears became out of control, so they wanted to kill them, but one of their hippies made them move them instead. So they dart-gunned them, then shipped them to Lostie island.

More over. If they are on a seperate island then our Losties... then that would mean Alex and those who are with her against the others would have thier own hideaway on That island too!!... yet another group of people...

Assuming? They call her Alex, and she is in that general age area. She also carries a small resemblance. She is also billed as Alex. I will take the chance of making a very large assumption on sayin' that that is Alex.
