I especially liked the hole where the hatch used to be.

Well, we got more insight into Locke's past - still no explanation of
how he lost the use of his legs though. I was glad he wasn't able to
pull the trigger and kill that man. And what was the deal with Desmond - was he predicting the future about John's speech or are we going to start introducing time warps on Lost. Oh and Desmond has really nice legs.

Great stuff! I loved the trippy dream Locke had.

I think the hatch implosion left a little psychic powers in Eko and Desmond. And maybe even Locke. I'm glad to get back into the adventures.

I thought it was very good. I hesitate to use this discription but, it was a Trippy eppisode. I was surprised when it ended. It didn't feel like an hour. I was drawn in and never looked away. There where allot of little things to ponder like the toy truck, the human bones and the Dharma symbol in the poloar bear's den. (shiver) Locke was involved in growing weed?! What's up with Desmon; Why was he naked?
My only complaint is..... Some of you may remember at the end of season 2 I brought up Mr. Eko's necklace. and how odd I found it that with all those heavy idems that the magnet was moving his necklace one of the last things to fly off. With that said, how did it get back to him so he could loose it in the woods? I'm going to chalk it up to an error in continuity.

Am I right in saying that symbol was the Pearl symbol? So the dead guy in the polar bears' den was from the Pearl hatch maybe?

Excellent episode. I found it interesting though that the most profound mystery of the show wasn't anything that Locke did/saw, it was Desmond commenting about Locke's "speech" before he made it.

I liked the episode alot, good flashbacks, good island moments, good times.

Charlie and Hurley were both funny in this episode, so thats major kudos for whever they are in an episode.
