Johnathan "John" Locke
Johnathan "John" Locke is one of the middle section survivors of Oceanic Flight 815. His paralysis was immediately healed upon crashing on the Island, which has ultimately led him to believe he has some sort of special connection to the Island. He is sometimes shown in antithesis to Benjamin Linus, sharing several traits including the ability to commune with Jacob. Seen as antithetical to Jack Shephard, he and Jack are philosophical opposites and used to share leadership among the survivors, but now seems to be creating his own agenda for his actions on the Island and has broken off from the survivors.

Agree! But Juliette can appear a bit more friendly in her facial expressions than anything Ben has shown. He looks devious ALL the time.
Maybe Sawyer read Juliette better than anyone else considering his remark (paraphrasing) about how she'd pull the trigger without hesitation.

I think the fact that she can look so appealing makes her much more dangerous to the Losties. She can play them any way she wants them, whereas they will never ever trust Ben. She has the upper hand when controlling them. Maybe he knows that and it's pissing him off. Either way, Sawyer seems to think she has no problem killing and/or maiming compared to anyone else on the island.

I have to admit that the excange between Ben and Juliette seamed a bit intimate. Collen seamed P.O.ed to find them together. Jealious much? There was also a kiss (all be it kinda brotherly) between her and Mr. Stun gun. Hey! it's a love commune. Peace out!

Could there be another women in Ben's life? A wife who has not been introduced? This would explain Juliette's answer that it would not matter if she was interrupting something. Maybe ben has wondered before and nothing happened. That would make a girl like Juliette be 'cold' to Ben.
Not a bad theory, for not talking to my wife first. Better then "Sun, killed Jea!"

If you are able to rewatch the episode, go to the part where Sawyer kisses Kate. At the beginning of the scene Juliet is talking to another man.
A friend just told me if you turn up the volume LOUD you can hear the man tell Juliet that she is beautiful and he asks her how she could consider getting back together with Ben.
Also there are drawings/schematics on the table...so they're maybe building something, or digging something up...?
