So now that Sun has shot (was it Colleen?) Will there be a massive battle between the two groups. The Losties have killed members of the Others before. Is this the last straw? She did say that they would become the enemy.

I bet at least some of the Others will take it out on Kate and Sawyer. It's a toss up as to whether she's actually dead.

Was Ethan the only Dr. on the island so that is why they want Jack now. I think Ethan was a Dr. because he was going to deliver Claire's baby, I do realize that you do not have to be a Dr. but I think the show was insinuating that he was.
