Charlie Hieronymus Pace
Charlie Hieronymus Pace was a survivor from the middle section of Oceanic 815. Before the crash, Charlie was the bassist and main songwriter for the rock band Driveshaft. When Flight 815 crashed, Charlie was snorting heroin in one of the plane's bathrooms. Charlie's drug addiction and crippling self-doubt were the biggest obstacles in his life. Like many of the Losties, the crash provided Charlie with a fresh start. On the Island, Charlie formed a relationship with Claire Littleton and her son Aaron.
After avoiding deaths foreseen by Desmond several times, Charlie finally died willingly to save the other survivors. He drowned on day 93, and his death is yet unknown to anyone except Desmond.

Anyone Notice?
It may be absolutely nothing, but rewatching Two Cities for the 3rd time, I realized that when they show Jack in the car keeping tabs on Sarah, the radio is playing a song by Glenn Miller which I recognize but don't know the name of offhand.
I do, however, know that the last time I heard that song was when Sayid and Hurley tuned in that garbled radio signal on the Island last season. They commented that they didn't know where it came from, and Hurley added cryptically "Or when..." or something to that effect. At the time it made me think time warp, but I don't think that is the case in this instance.
Jack saw his dad's ghost on the Island, heard his dad's voice over the speaker in the Hydra station, and a song that meant something to a specific time and place in his life was broadcasting on a radio carrier on an Island in the middle of nowhere.
Or maybe Lost just can't afford a lot of music licenses...

Now that you mention it, I was thinking along those lines when he said that. But I was thinking "return transmission" like in the movie Contact.
It just seems to be way TOO coincidental to hear the same NEVER-PLAYED song this many times for it not to be the same song played only once but heard at different points in time. But not necessarily because of time warp.
