Sun-Hwa Kwon

Sun-Hwa Kwon (née Paik ?) (Revised Romanization of Korean (RR): Baek Seon-hwa, McCune-Reischauer (MR): Paek So(n'hwa) is one of the middle section survivors of the crash of Oceanic Flight 815. She was traveling on the plane with her husband, Jin-Soo Kwon. Their marriage has been very unstable, on and off the island, mainly due to Jin's controlling and violent nature and also because of Sun's many secrets that she will go to great lengths to protect even if it involves hurting others e.g. the maid in "The Glass Ballerina". She is currently pregnant with Jin's child, and according to Juliet the pregnancy will kill her in two months like every other pregnant woman who conceived on the island.

Default Two and a Half Kids

Here's an obvious thing that we all missed and now should be discussed.

In this nice suburban ripoff uptopia....
with the houses..
and the yards...
and the CDs...
and the barbecues...

There were no children...

Maybe they were all in school?

something to speculate on.. eh?

Yes, I didn't notice the lack of children. Makes you think they're not giving up Walt so easily...

After watching it again, I didn't see any children in their island village, just adults. Maybe that's why they are so interested in the kids from the tail section and with Walt, and Claire's baby. Maybe there is some reason why they can't have children of their own????? And they were all very clean-cut and kind of nerdy looking -like a cult type thing. But not neccesarily religious because the one guy at the book club meeting objected to the book "Carrie" as being full of religious themes and science fiction. Their lives looked pretty boring, and Juliet's mood at the beginning seemed kind of upset, like she was trying to calm herself with some light-hearted music, and face another day there. She didn't seem very happy..... anyone else see that???? she obviously doesn't like Ben very much. he's not invited to her book club!!

My theory has and still is for now that kate , jack and sawyer were taken to give them an infant . Remember when Kate first met with Ben and she asked about Sawyer and Jack , Ben says something about how she mentioned Sawyer first , then the next thing you see is she is brought and left close to Sawyer .......

And and speaking of that rift... One theory that is floating around here is that Ben and Juliet are formers Lovers/Husband and Wife... and then I got to thinking... They are Siblings! I think the sibling theory would make more sense... maybe their last name is Degroot?

I like that idea. It would bring up the query of why these people are so intent on having children? Maybe we will get to see a bit of Zach and Emma (the tailie kids) and find out what they've been up to.

Or maybe all the Others are petifiles who have been banished from society because of what they do to children. Which would explain why there are no children. They're Michael Jackson wanna-bes. lol.

Now that you mention it, they're weren't any kids around. Karl/Carl looked kind of young though.
