Rift between Juliette and Ben (Henry)? - Page 2

I think Ben and Julliette are related. Brother and sister, I don't know. I don't have much to go by but if you look close they have the exact same color of eyes.

I wouldn't go by accidental resemblances between actors..

Juliette and Ben might be living together (or were). When the book club is arguing over whether or not Carrie is actually literature and the guy arguing against it says he knows now why Ben wasn't present and that he knows the 'host picks the book, but seriously [Ben] wouldn't read it in the damn bathroom ' Juliette responds that she is the host, with an emphasis on 'she' and so she picks the book. I guess she could just be acting rebellious. They act like she just found out he is cheating on her in the beginning of the episode. Maybe they are married.

...I'm sure that explains why he tried to drown her in the flooded room...a wee marital spat.

Well if she is super pissed at him, and it's obvious she isn't really spreading the word of how fantastic he is, he might want to off her to shut her up because she is spreading dissidence. If he is desparate to keep a good name for himself, and keep his position of power, he might be moved to kill his wife with whome he is fighting with. Remember though, I was talking about their relationship at the very beginning of the series. It's been a while since that book club meeting by the time he tries to drown her.

And we don't know that that wasn't just a ruse to make Jack sympathetic to her.

We dont know that the sad Juliet and the annoyed Juliet scenes are on the same day...do we?

The book club scene is on the day of the crash, for sure.

But let's say the first scene, where she's sad by the mirror, is recent...or at least after Benry has gone off to find the Hatch...this has made her sad. She knows there's peril there?

Or maybe she was hooked up with Goodwin or Ethan (or both!) and she has just learned they're dead...and she's super-p*issed at Benry for getting them killed?

That makes a lot of sense. Someone posted that she and ethan might have been living together.

it's a rather small community - I 'm guessing each one has his or her own skills to be used in the community -

Now I'm think maybe Juliette and Ben were an item/couple of some kind. Then Ben had a fling with Colleen, who we met tonight. Colleen seemed jealous that Ben was talking with Juliette, who just raised her eyebrows at the other woman...

Well, if they turned out to be relatives that would be a hoot.

But, Julie and Ben could have had a relationship, that seem plausible, so does Ben and Colleen.
