I'm almost positive that it wasnt the same bracelet and if my computer wasnt ancient I could rewatch the episode on abc.com so I could be 100% positive. I'm pretty sure that Elsa's bracelet (which was clearly shown when they were getting ready for the theatre (or something) and after he shot her) was in sections like a charm bracelet.

If anyone can find a picture of Elsa's I will surely eat those words.
