I worry that Desmond's vision is going to be technically correct - Claire will get off the island if Charlie dies, but for how long will she be off the island?

Spoiler for poor claire:
I worry that she will get on a helicopter, but when it is out over the ocean she will either get pushed off the helicopter, or because of how rough the rift travel is (remember Ethan telling Juliet the ride is a bit bumpy and that is why he drugged her) she is somehow shaken out of the helicopter. Either way she dies...
