I thought Avelene (or whatever, I couldn't hear it) was there to kill Sayid but Sayid killed him first. I thought the panic in Avelene's eyes when Sayid said he was one of the Oceanic 6 was Avelene thinking "Crap, he tricked me first, now I'm done for!"

Mr. Avelene or whatever (the golfer) was immediately nervous when Sayid introduced himself because he was thinking 'what are the odds?' obviously that guy is connected to this and so Sayid and him meeting on a golf course in the Seychelles is a little too coincidental, he knew what was coming...but still managed to make a good shot with his 5 iron!
