I don't see how it could be an error. Someone puts all the pictures in frames and then would have to take them all down and take them out of the frames and put them in totally different frames and hang them back up... unlikely. It's not like oops, the iron has moved in the background in Forrest Gump. I suppose anything is possible but I just find that highly unlikely. Maybe things in the 'real world' are being affected by things that happen on the island. This is the first time we have seen 'real world' since the plane crashed right?
