This is actually rather confusing to me. Lets say the spirts changed it. Why would they change it and how? It seems like a rather difficult job for a ghost and it seems pointless too. It gives him nothing really worth trying to get.

Lets say that because Miles is "Illegaly" going into the spirt realm he may be causing very weird things to happen such as wood turning into metal. That is actually still rather strange.

Maybe its a fluke in production? They do spend lots of time focusing on it so I think they really want us to notice it. But this new Ghost Whisperer theme going on is really weird all thogether.
