I think she was referring to her and Sawyer's child. Because she did say that she was in to see if she was pregnant. I'm sort of hoping she is sort of not. If she is Sawyer might care about something other than himself for once and if not I do not know who she is referring to when she says,'He'll be wondering where I am."
