I think Charlie's alive and Hugo is having a meltdown cause he believe Charlie dies. Something happen after Charlie had his hand up to the "window" and it was like he was being pulled toward the window that had been blown open by the hand gernade, and I sense it might be the ghost/spirit of Elko. Then again the other side of the coin is that Charlie replaces Dave.
