couldn't' t agree more.
When you take everything in to account there is just about no way you can say Ben and his gang are the good guys.
Now at the story's end when we have more information about everyone maybe then Ben's actions will be justified and his character will ultimately be seen as good, but with what we know up to this point he is just a bad guy.
Also as a viewer we have more information about the characters in the show than the characters have about each other. So we see a character make a certain choice and think to ourselves why would he/she do that. But remember that character doesn't have all the information that we do as viewers. And the less info you have the more apt you are to making a bad decision.
