I don't know about that BabyYo.
It would seem to me that to make a reference like that Dr Hamill would have to know Jack and his father a lot better. The couple of scenes Dr Hamill had showed me that he really didn't know Jack all that well and probably knows his father even less.
It is a cool way to look at it though.
When I first watched the season finale I didn't have any idea it was a flash forward. So when I saw the scene with Dr Hamill I just assumed he was talking about saving two people.
After watching the scene again(this time knowing it is a flash forward)
I still think he was just talking about saving two people.
