Rose Nadler
Rose Nadler (née Henderson) is one of the middle section survivors of Oceanic Flight 815. She was on the plane with her husband Bernard, but was separated for 48 days following the crash. Rose is a well-meaning, caring woman who was supposedly healed from her fatal illness after arriving on the island, similar to Locke.

Did Kelvin tell Desmond...
When Kelvin and Desmond were having the argument about Desmond going outside, when Kelvin made the crack about serving in the 'Old Lady's Army," Kelvin said, "I left because people followed my orders. But then (sarcasm), thank God, I joined the Dharma initiative! Dharma say, 'Thank you and good luck!"
Like they left him behind to push the button and save the world. Kelvin knew there was going to be a replacement. That's why his partnet killed himself.
Was he telling Desmond that Dharma shut down the Initiative after the incident? Would that make Henry and the Others scientists who broke away and stayed, trying to keep the Initiative alive, trying to re-take the six stations?

"Whoa!" she said. "Cry 'Havoc!' And let loose the dogs of war!"
And, like Banquo's ghost, they just won't go away.
