Default Did Kelvin tell Desmond...

When Kelvin and Desmond were having the argument about Desmond going outside, when Kelvin made the crack about serving in the 'Old Lady's Army," Kelvin said, "I left because people followed my orders. But then (sarcasm), thank God, I joined the Dharma initiative! Dharma say, 'Thank you and good luck!"

Like they left him behind to push the button and save the world. Kelvin knew there was going to be a replacement. That's why his partnet killed himself.

Was he telling Desmond that Dharma shut down the Initiative after the incident? Would that make Henry and the Others scientists who broke away and stayed, trying to keep the Initiative alive, trying to re-take the six stations?

That would be pretty cool, I know that the "others" are somehow connected with The Dharma Initiative.

Default Hatches.

And The Door. The one that Sayid went and found in the Others camp. The one that was just a door with rock behind it. In Live Together, Die Alone.

The hatches are:
"The Staff(The medical hatch)"
"The Flame(Not yet discovered)"
"The Swan(The losties hatch)"
"The Door(Is a prop used by the Others)"
"The Pearl(The monitering station)"
"The Arrow(The tailies hatch)"

I still don't undertstand something that Henry did. Remember when Locke was talking to Henry about the lockdown and Henry told Locke that he didn't push the button and nothing happened. Why would Henry say that? By saying that to Locke, Henry wanted them to test his judgement and not press the button. If you ask me, Henry wanted the losties to not push the button. Why? I don't know....
