Henry said, "Walt joined us."

I know you all heard this. Henry told Mike that He was not happy with the deal that was made to get him back, but he could live with it because things had "worked out better then he had hoped for since Walt joined us."

This was not a throw away line. IMO, Walt has joined with the "Others."

Yeah, I thought that was odd, too. Maybe he just means that they had Walt in their company. Then again, maybe Walt actually has 'joined' up with the Others.

I think it wasn't "throw-away," but it certainly wasn't that important. What he said was 'we got more than we bargained with Walt since he joined us' - that only means since he came to the camp.

Anyone else notice that Henry is actually the Others' leader?

Well..it was certainly meant to be noticed!...kinda like "what's to happen to my friends"...and Henry says "oh, they're coming HOME with us"..did he mean they were having a home-coming...or just coming to the Other's home?

After what he did, Micheal still tried to think they were his friends. Priceless.
