Anyone think that it is Desmond on the sailboat?

I think hes coming back because where would he have gone once he left the hatch?

I think that it is possible that Desmond is on the boat. Or was on it and jumped off when it started drifting back to the island. Good idea.

I thought it was him as soon as I saw the boat. I even said so in the rate this episode thread. He showed up to the island in a sail boat and, he wanted to get as far from the hatch as he could. I don't think he would have gotten to far with the tides going the wrong way. I've also heard he's going to be seen again during the last episode of the season.
