I think it is time for Locke to face his faults. He is gulible, overly sensitive, and easy to distract. He has many positive traits, but being a leader is not one of them.
He should go back to Jack and say, "Jack, I am with you. Tell me what you think I could do that would be the best help for everyone else."

Locke has got to get to that point in life where he understands the famous words of the famous Harry Callahan, "A man has to know his limitations."

This works well in real life also. How many of us would be better people if we stopped trying to always, "Be the smartest person in the room?"

I agree that the leaders need to not fight anymore. I think Locke is mad that he went from the know-it-all guru to a guy in crutches who didn't see the whole Henry Gale thing coming.

I think Locke needs to get his "faith" back. He doesnt seem to believe in the island anymore and even if there is just "reason" to explain everything at least he was trying to discover the secrets of the island when he still believed in it

Well I for one am getting a little tired of Jack just assuming he's the leader. I couldn't believe it the other night when he wanted to take off and find Henry when he had two wounded people right there in front of him.

I don't think Jack makes the best decisions either. Really Jack and Locke should try to work together more.

Well said! I couldn't believe that, or him telling Kate to go with Sawyer so they will know where the guns are. Libby is bleeding out and in massive pain and, your thinking about getting the guns back? HELLO! It was guns that caused this mess. Your a doctor think, about your oath!
He has made his share of mistakes. Locke and Jack are two ends of the same magnet. They need to work together. Between the two of them they have what it takes to lead. Either one alone, will fall short. Of course this is just my opinon.

Really I think they are both reckless, but if I had to pick one I would pick Locke.
