Yeah Michael would have to rearrange the bodies and what not. Im thinking that it has something to do with walt perhaps.... but think about this.... Remember when Claire was seduced and she was willing to do what ever they wanted , even give them her baby.... So perhaps this is a big combo of them drugging him and Walt ... idk.
