Jack got another chance to deflate Sawyer a little more.
Sawyer was so surprised that Jack had a gun - and Jack wouldn't tell
him where he got it. And he assumed Jack wanted him to go confront
the Others. Jack, in essence said "No thanks."
How long before Sawyer figures out how Jack got the gun??

Exactly my point. Surely he won't take long to figure Charlie went to the stash. Sawyer gave one to Kate for the hike with Claire - didn't he? Did he
get it back? He doesn't know about Charlie's hike w/Sayid and AL.
But he knows, Charlie knows where they are.

With regards to Charlie, I said in a different thread that we ought to remember what Sawyer did to Boone when he caught him going through his stuff.

Sawyer doesn't like a thief. Period.

I think Charlie's gonna be singing the blues.

Oh, and speaking of thieves, how come nobody picked up on Boone being a thief? He stole the water. He tried to steal Sawyer's stuff. Hmmm, was he in on his mother stealing Shannon's inheritance?

Charlie had the gun, gave it to Sayid, who must have given it to Anna Lucia for safekeeping in the hatch. As a Side note, probably one of the stipulations for Charlie to help Sawyer get the guns, was that he'd let him (Charlie) have one.

Didn't Sawyer offer Charlie one of the Madonnas at the end of that episode. As I remember, Charlie looked irritated and said something like, "If I'd wanted one of them, I would have taken one when I moved them."

Then Sawyer asked Charlie why he went along with his scheme, then. Charlie said he wanted to get back at Locke--he wanted Locke to know what it was like to look and feel like a fool.

I think when Charlie comment that he could have taken some of the heroin if he had wanted to, it was also a bit of foreshadowing on the part of the writers to subtly hint that he could have taken some of the other stuff, too.

Who is the black cop girl?

Do you mean (ana-Lucia)Angry-Lucia? She is a Latino girl, and she did not have a gun until Jack gave her one at the end of the last episode.
