I agree. I have always thought that Libby was tied in to Dharma somehow. I think she is undercover following people who know something about the numbers. She was watching Hurly's connect four friend (Sam??? I cant remember his name). Anyways, when they found out about Hurley winning the lottery with the numbers, they obviously made the connection. That is why she followed him to Australia. Remember, she said Hurley stepped on her foot...she was in the back of the plane. She seems to disconnected to Hurley to actually be falling for him. I think she likes him as a person, but she is just doing her job.
