When Henry told Locke that he never entered the numbers and watched as the clock reset itself, i think Henry was lying. The only reason i think this is because if you think about it, maybe Henry wants Locke or Jack to let the clock run down to zero and try to prove Henry wrong and what really happens some how benefits Henry.
