I think they'll do a bit with Hurley like they did when Jack almost fell off that cliff in "White Rabbit."

I think its just Dave his imaginery friend whos falling off the cliff.

Maybe the problem that he used to have back at the Asylum of seeing Dave has now come back to him... he seems to be talking to Libby at the time of the 'fall' who may or may not be a psychiatrist, and shes helping him to get over it. Maybe he finally gets over it as Dave dies when he goes over the edge.

I listened to the podcast interview with Hurley, and he says that they filmed much more with him and Libby. Maybe we'll go more in depth about their "relationship." Maybe she isn't actually who she says she is. Maybe Hurley was pushed off the cliff!

If you look at the pictures at the beginning of the thread, the first is of Hurley posing for a picture with a friend (Dave?). The second picture is from a different angle, showing that Hurley is posing with no one.

And yes, we are supposed to see more of a "relationship" with Hurley and Libby.

I too listened to the Podcast, and i was under the impression that Jorge Garcia (Hurley) was talking about Libby and Hurley's first interaction while they were doing laundry. I don't know the episode number, but i think more footage was filmed for THAT episode, not this one. All that to say, i do agree we'll see a lot more of their relationship in this episode. Possibly their past interactions in the institue? Who knows.

As far as Dave goes, i think it was the guy (not sure of his name) who Hurley goes to after winning the lotery and asks about the numbers who originally told Hurley about the numbers (the connect-4 guy). NOT Dave. We'll see in a few short hours i guess!
