That drawing had to be done while the door was down and the black light on. Do we really believe that someone sat around every couple of months waiting for the door to drop and the black light to come on for a few minutes at most, so they would be able to draw the diagram? Think about it. Whoever did that drawing had knowledge of the workings of the hatch. As well as the location of the other hatches, the fact that at least one is no longer funtional, and the details of what happened during the other food drops ect. ect. ect. Whoever drew that diagram is NOT just some guy who pushes the botton. They must be "in the loop" to borrow a line from Hurley.
As for "Henry" I think he did push the button. He didn't have much time to do anthing else. I'm not saying he didn't do anything else. I'm saying he didn't have much time. So if he got the doors to open it had to have been a control in the hatch or at the computer.

H.G.knew what button to push to get the doors up....He did seem horrified at Locke getting caught under the door....Not part of the plan?(whatever the "plan" may be.)

Also, I think that the blast doors are on a timer, they're designed to come down at a specific time and for a specific amount of time. The idea is to lock the hatch dwellers inside while supplies are parachuted outside, that way it assures no contact between the hatch dwellers and the people in charge of the Dharma project.

He either didn't push the buttons or he knew the numbers really well (by memory) because Locke only told him them once right before he fell and was knocked out cold.
