Speaking of airplanes--what was the logo on the 2nt plane over the motel? The 1st was oceanic-air..

I was pretty sure that they were both Oceanic planes... could be wrong, though.

Interesting point you brought up about the serial numbers, JediToad. Perhaps the Dharma food contains some of the vaccine or some other supplement.

no. I think that the others put it there because i dont know much about tech but why would there be a light on it still attatched if it fell from such heights. how come you cant see any dents on the food? Also, the parachute that Jack sees is next to the cargo net and what if it is not attatched?

I thought that the people Dharma originally placed in the hatch were never to leave (or am I wrong about that?). If they weren't supposed to go outside, how would they know that food was periodically being delivered? As previously brought to our attention, no plane was heard, and the crate apparently dropped silently.

(If a tree falls in the forest and there's no one to hear it, does it make a sound... ha ha)

The light was so both the Pilot and ground crew could see the cargo, when it landed the light was used so the ground crew could better find the cargo.

Ok heres what i think, maybe Henry is really not with the others , but has something to do with the Dharma Group and is related to this food drop somehow. Perhaps hes was to take over or idk im just throwing something out there.

The Light we see flashing is attached because it is designed to
withstand the impact. And I'm sure the food on top wouldn't be dented
as it didnt hit the ground. The boxes on the bottom that we haven't
seen yet may have a few dents. Also parachutes are very long so when
they land they appear to be far away.

Whouldn't you hear a plane? Could something else have dropped it? If it's not a plane then what.

It was already dark when kate and Jack found the cargo.
If it was dropped after it was dark, no one would have noticed.
