What are the "Keys"

Has anyone got a screencap of the plane that Kate has and the ones from the Mobile in the "Other" hatch. What if after all, Kate was raised by the Others, and this plane, which is obviously valuable, is the key. Something that lets the others know who she is. We need to remember there are keys b/c Danielle said that Brandon or Alex had the keys.

Thanks Toad, now do you know where I could get a screen cap from the Airplane Kate had? Do you not think this could be something? I think if the airplane Kate has is the same, then we have something of Hugantic proportions. I like that word "Hugantic"

Do you remember the name of the episode that had Kate's airplane? If so I could hunt around lost-media.com for a pic.

I think Kate's toy plane is different. It had two broken propellers on it, and a sticker with the number (I think) 5025. I remember the number because at that point, I was searching madly for every number I could find in the show.

Her old boyfriend supposedly got the plane when he went on his first airplane flight, a flight to Dallas. We know the plane is important to Kate because she associates it with her first love, the "Man I loved, the Man I killed" but what else it might mean is a mystery.

Pure speculation as is most of the posts here. Do we have any members who knows planes? The reason I ask is what if the planes on the mobile are the updated planes that is like the one that Kate has. Sorry I am trying to force this on everyone but I think there is something here.

it really gets to me to see that Kate is someone from this island... I really don't see where all this stems from... oh well... anyways... everyone talks about these planes in the nursery that play "catch a falling star".. but for some reason no one mentions the fact that the toy airplanes are "oceanic" airlines toy airplanes... did anyone else see that?
