I did. But I thought it was just Claire's subconscious mind trying to warn her that what she was seeing "wasn't" real, but placing the plane mobile from her nightmare in the nursery. If you recall, it gave her quite a start. The music, too, was from the nightmare scene.

I'm not totally convinced that everything we saw was "real". After all, we were seeing Claire's memories and she was pretty well drugged up. Just like the nursery; in her memories it was a bright, cheerful room, but when they went back (like only a few weeks later?), it was pretty decrepted looking. I'm not sure that her memories were 100% accurate.
