Here is my trouble with technology (which anytime I type that word I want to sing Kipp's song from "Napoleon Dynamite") Isn't anything that is created a kind of technology? oil lamp>candle>lantern>flashlight, do you know what I am saying. Would it have been better, more explicit, if Ben would have said, "Jacob doesn't like electricity" ? And I am sure it is just me, but do I remember when Locke said he didn't like technology?
