An anomaly can be a perfect explanation for the birth of this island! However, I am so effectuated with Aristotle’s “unmovable mover” theory that I am trying to come up with answers that can still fall under his theory. You are thinking outside the box where the island is not apart of our universe which makes sense but the island will always be a descendent of the creator. Think of if like an umbrella corporation. In the end it will always have laws bound by its creator, whether you put the anomaly on top of the universe or below but never be on top of the creator. Now you can say each branches have different laws as far as physics goes but in the end it still would be a descendent from Mr. Unmovable. Now her is another question, if we come from Universe A and some how teleport to Universe B will we be able to change laws or is our brain always shackled to the law in which it came from? For example we are taught time travel is impossible in Universe A but in Universe B it is but since are brain created through the laws of Universe A can will teleport? Are we truly a product of our environment? Nature Vs. nurture comes into play!
