Well I have to disagree with you about Jacks new roll. Now I’m not saying Mathew Fox is doing a bad job acting wise. I just think after 2 and half seasons of Jack being the protagonist it doesn’t transition well for the character to switch that roll. It’s too awkward and everyone knows it won’t last for long. I just think Lost already has a character like that (Sawyer) were he’s bad one day good another and Josh Holloway does an excellent job. No need to turn Jack into another Sawyer just doesn’t fit.

I understand murdering someone is morally wrong no question about that. Killing someone and murdering someone are two different things. You can kill someone for self-defense being that the person is attacking you and either you kill him/her or him/her kills you. Now murdering some one is a bit different. Murdering another usually implies there were preconceived notions being that you made up your mind your were going to kill someone without being assaulted or in danger.

Either way my question is that since laws are man made and so are the means of consequence (this varies depending where you live), who or what government if any has jurisdiction to punish another for something that was unmorally done in a place where there are no laws? Is there any international law that was agreed by all countries that if anyone commits murder on “planet earth” they need to be persecuted some how some way? If any one has any insight on this pleases comment.

This has nothing to do about the characters on the show nor do I think this is even crossing there mind. For some reason I’m just curious as to what would happen in real life if this were to happen.

Thanks
