Yea the guy who plays Anthony Cooper is a really great actor, like Sawyer has been looking for this man his whole life and he just goes "Bla bla bla" when reading the letter, he showed no remorse whatsoever for what he'd done. I also liked how he gave an explanation for how he got to the island, a car crash, as well as him thinking they were in hell - he's got a point.

While the police didn't know about Sawyer killing Frank Duckett (think that's his name) there were some people who did, Hibbs for example, maybe others, and The Others clearly have a wide reach of influence so they probably pryed until they found the info.

I think she implied ALL the bodies were found. I don't don't know this works but wouldn't they try and retrieve some of the bodies for a DNA sample.? Now I think about it if you find a plane wreckage that looks exactly like a plane that crashed, full of skeletons or whatever, you might just not look any furthur. So whoever faked the crash knew how to do it right. Was it the Others ..?

I think they're doing it well ; Jack isn't playing a BAD role, he's playing the role of someone who knows SOMETHING about the island, which is why he barely reacted when Kate said a woman from a helicopter, almost like it didn't matter. Maybe they ARE in hell.

I think there is probably some International Law against murder, the Law of human rights or something, so no matter where in the universe you are, murder is still morally wrong. However their situation is kinda different, they've been stuck on an island for over three months so they could be under some stress or not be acting rationally. TBH I think being arrested is the least of their worries.
