what I find interesting about any pregnancies is that we are not likely to see any babies from them...assuming the pace of the show stays the same (we're getting an average of 1 month per season - being near the end of season 3 and we are about 90 days in) and assuming that the island does not speed up the pregnancies (or that they're premature) then we'd need at least 6 more seasons just to get to Sun's baby.
