Sun told Jin what the Dr told her--that the problem was Jin,but he (Dr)was afraid to tell him--- So Jin thought Sun was the one with the fertility problem--If the baby is not Jins,she could have told him the Dr was obviously wrong,I'm cured,you're gonna be a daddy!! Affair on the island~as close an eye as Jin had on Sun at first~I don't think so.. However,we'll see tonight!!(YEA)
