Okay, so now we know that the upcoming Sun-centric episode should also be called Catch-22, because that is what Sun finds herself in...

Spoiler for Sun's D.O.C. Catch 22:
If she has conceived off-island the baby should be okay, but that would mean that the baby is Jae's.

If she has conceived on-island then the baby is in jeopardy, but that would mean she wouldn't have to reveal that she had an affair, and that the baby is Jin's. (unless she had an affair with Michael as a few have speculated, but that's a whole different kettle of fish)
