Nothing here I haven't heard from the Lost crew all year. All new developments are "central" to the theme of the show. New characters are "iconic." Yada, yada, yada. Lost's on a roll right now with flashbacks that actually have something to do with the show's progress, tension among characters (Sayid & Jack, for instance) and forward movement with the Others. And this for anyone who questions Elizabeth Mitchell's ability to act; she's playing the perfect ice queen, giving nothing away to the camera at all as to her feelings, sympathies and motives. I'd love to see her Juliet and Sayid go one-on-one -- almost as much as I'd love to see Sayid to tell Jack to "protect THIS, you whining twit." Oh, it's nice to see that with five shows remaining this season, we'll finally gonna get around to something that happened at the end of Season 2.
