Frog you teeterd very close to Jackspheme. He is not gullible. And besides... chivalry isnt dead and jack represents those of us who agree... so yall best respect... But anyway.. He needs a gambling piece himself. you know like a hostage. He knows the Losties are probably outarmed.

Well it will be easier for Sayid and the boys to Take her if she is sound asleep. Jack knows she'll be on egde if there is tension. He is trying to get her to do something stupid. again.. like trusting Dick Alpert and CromagNethan

yet another reason jack is aware that henry has been pushing them towards eachother. Jack knows that Henry needs something still. help. a pergo woman. a sucessful pregnancy. maybe something else? so jack knows that he will continue manipulating until he gets it or dies.
jack wants to get off the island with his people...and holding what Henry needs hostage is the key
