They refilled it. And, of course, it is
meant to be another/different bottle of McCutcheons
in the storyline of the show.
I was just saying that in the making of the shows, the writers might not have specified McCutcheons when they wrote the script, but the producers or whoever "tossed" it in there just because they had it. And somebody figured it would give a certain "Twilight Zone" twist if that bottle keeps showing up.
I mean, we never saw a bottle of McCutcheons before
Flashes Before Your Eyes, but that bottle has shown up in almost every episode since.
