I think this is possible because last night's episode showed Cooper with a bottle of that expensive whiskey, same brand that Sawyer had in his stash, the one Charlie and Hurley got Desmond drunk with. Penny's dad said it was like $80,000 a bottle, besides Hurley who else on the plane would have the money for such an expensive bottle of whiskey. and so far Hurley has not connection to the whiskey.
