Thats what we all want to know. Remember when Danny is about to kill sawyer and he says "he wasn't even on Jacob's list?" And when Karl was being brainwashed in that room one of the pictures on the screen says "God loves you as he does Jacob." So we don't really know who he is,but I'm thinking the head honcho.
