Looking beyond the pallet drop, have the Others been requesting other stuff from Dharma? Like a fertility doctor? Does this mean that Ethan was a "hostile" rather than one of the Others? Has Ben taken over the Dharma Initiative on the island by deception (using the communication equipment in the Flame Hatch as though the place had
not been overrun by the Hostiles)? Is this the answer to the "God loves us as he loved Jacob" reference in the brainwashing room?
Oh... and does Dharma now know that the communications station has been taken by the Hostiles? (even though communications were down at the time the station exploded).
