2 Posibilites for this occurence:
1- Since it is all a dream in des's head. the things are changing and morphing costantly as his past thoguhts are compiling into a lucid dream...
2- they are from 3 different shots and the editor did his best to avoid continuity errors... but no one is perfect. ( just an error in production )
