I agree. I don't get all these people that call episodes 'bland'. This isn't an action thriller, this is a drama, a story. Lost is amazing because of the intricate plot, well-thought out and executed character development. You can't develop characters when they're constantly running for their lives/enduring non-stop heart pounding/gun-shooting action
