And those are the two things they did in thier lives before the crash and so, they have to change thier way of being now. Jack is going to get the girl.. his flashbacks set it all up. he has no one... and if the show ends with him alone... i dont see how it would make sense with all he's gone through. the only way it would go otherwise is if jack gives his life to save kate OR... we see more flashbacks ...

Yes... and i would like to see more people on the island.... "Not chosing someone" in that same fashion... because it's been 70-some days people.
