I went into Lostpedia-- Jake Smith is supposedly a suvivor of the crash and the Jacob who's list is mentioned in "I DO" is Jacob Vanderfield... He is on the board of Directors for Hanso Foundation.. I found the info on accident really... it states he was sentenced to 4 years in prision but managed to get out early.. To check out the info I would just go onto lostpedia and search the name Jacob Vanderfield to get the same info... Hope this helps...
